Spray inside the buffet pans with anon-stick cooking spray before eachuse. Place the empty buffet pans onwell edge. Ensure that pans aresecure. The pans should not float.4. Cover with roaster oven lid and plugroaster oven into outlet. Preheat on350ºF (180ºC) for 30 minutes or untilwater is very hot.5. Uncover and carefully place hot,cooked food in buffet pans.6. Cover and reduce heat setting to200ºF (93ºC)s to keep foods warm.Adjust temperature as needed.7. Stir food occasionally and keep foodcovered to maintain temperature.8.
