2 years warrantyTROUBLESHOOTING14The Status LED is not lit andthe device is shown asdisconnected on the appThis means that the device is notconnected to the CloudCheck your Internet connection. Ifyou cannot access the Internet with adifferent device on the same Wi-Finetwork check with your ISPCheck that the server is accessible athttps://hamsystems.eu with yourbrowser. If it is not, check again in 5minutes or refresh the app / webpageTry restarting the device with the ResetButton and / or with removing and re-attaching the power. Wait for a fewminutesCheck if the device is connected toyour Wi-Fi router / Access Point.If the device does not appear to beconnected, then repeat the setupprocedure and make sure that the Wi-Finame and password are correct. Thedevice may also need to be whitelisteddepending on your networkconfiguration.
