17When refrigerator is first used or at starting, it canproduce stronger drones because its running is notsteady, and the sound shall become smaller, asrunning stabilizes.The sound produced at compressor working, andthe tap-tap sound when compressor starts orcloses: all these are normal.When refrigerator is used for the first time, or whenin starting, it can give out bigger sound becausethe appliance is not in steady running state. Thesound shall become diminished as its runningbecomes steady.When liquid refrigerant flows in evaporator, it canproduce the sound similar to water flowing. Thiskind of sound usually occurs at the evaporator andcompressor parts: when refrigerator stops working,the liquid refrigerant flow back, it shall also producethe continuous or interrupted "gurgling waterflowing" sound.Question answeringSometimes, the appliance housing gets hot,especially for the first use after switching it on.
