HP reserves the right to elect, at its solediscretion, to give you a refund of your purchase price or lease payments (less interest)instead of a replacement upon prompt return of the hardware product to your HP AuthorizedService Provider or other HP designate. All hardware products removed under this LimitedWarranty become the property of HP.
