1Use and Care GuideLOW VOLTAGE LED PATH LIGHTPACKAGE CONTENTSA – Lamp Body x1 C – Cage x 1 E – Ground Stake (6.693 in.) x1 G - LED Bulb x1B – Socket x1 D – Glass Shade x1 F – Wire Connector x1 (with 12 in.wire attached to lamp body)Assembly and Installation1 Attaching and installing the light 2 Connecting the wiresWARNING: Never push the fixture into the ground by the lampbody (A) or use a hammer to insert the ground stake (E) into theground.□ Insert the fixture wire on the wire connector (F) into the groovelocated on the top of the ground stake (E).□ Ensure the fixture wire on the wire connector (F) stays in the centerof the groove of the ground stake (E) to avoid damage to the fixturewire. Screw the lamp body (A) onto the ground stake (E).□ To install the LED bulb (E), insert the base (2) of the LED bulb (E) intothe socket (B).□ Place the glass shade (D) over the socket (B), and use a phillipsscrewdriver to tighten the screws to ensure that the cage (C) andglass shade (D)are locked on the lamp body (A).□ Prepare a hole in the installation location. Use a tool such as ascrewdriver (sold separately) to prepare the installation hole toensure that the hole is not larger than the ground stake (E).□ Install the fixture in the ground by pushing on the foot step (1) onthe ground stake (E). Do not push on the lamp body (A).WARNING: The wire connector (F) contacts have sharp edges forpiercing the main low voltage cable. To avoid injury, do not touchthe metal contacts.CAUTION: The wire from low voltage power unit should be 12-16AWG type underground low Energy Circuit Cable.IMPORTANT:□ Protect the wiring by routing it in close proximity to the lightfitting, or next to a building structure such as a house or adeck.□ The landscape wire and connector can also be hidden understone or buried under grass at a maximum depth of 6 in.(15.24 cm).□ Do not install the fixture within 10 ft. of a pool, spa, or fountain.□ Do not submerge the fixture in water.□ Place the wire connector (F) on opposite sides of the low voltagecable (sold separately) from the transformer (sold separately)where the fixture will be located.□ Align and fit the main low voltage cable vertically to the slot of thewire connector (F).□ Press the wire connector (F) together until it is locked around themain low voltage cable. The pre-set prongs will pierce the cableinsulation and establish contact with the electrical wire inside.□ Once the wire connector (F) is in place, wrap it with electrical tape(sold separately).□ After all fixtures are installed, turn on the transformer.Item # 1008 521 313Model # LBW1501AX-01
