Pull the tab on the suction cuptowards you.Resetting the Device CAUTIOnDo not use a sharp object to remove thebattery. A sharp object may puncturethe battery, which may present a riskof fire, chemical burn, electrolyte leakand/or injury.If the device stops functioning, youmay need to reset the device.1. Turn off the device and then turnon the device.2. If necessary, remove and replacethe battery (see page 113).The device should restart and operatenormally.Caring for Your Device• Avoid dropping your device andoperating it in high-shock and high-vibration environments.• Do not expose the device to water.Contact with water can cause thisdevice to malfunction.• Do not store the device whereprolonged exposure to extremetemperatures can occur, because itcan cause permanent damage.• Never use a hard or sharp object tooperate the touchscreen, or this mayresult in damage.• To help avoid theft, remove thedevice and mount from sight whennot in use.• Remove the residue on thewindshield left by the suction cup.
