To turn off all pilots, turn the pilot dial to the circular “OFF”symbol.CAUTION: Gas will flow to the top burners even if the pilotsare not lit. Gas will not be interrupted. Potsshould have flat bottoms for maximum surface contact.Warped or dented pots will not transfer heat evenly, wastingenergy and resulting in uneven cooking patterns.
