11Vacation modeIf absent for a prolonged period, you can switch theappliance to energy-saving vacation mode.When vacation mode is switched on:▯ both climatic zones are set to a temperatureof 12 °C,▯ the humidity function is switched off,▯ the light is switched off.Switching onPress Holiday button ¶.VACATION is displayed in the display panel.Switching offPress Holiday button ¶.The previous settings and temperature values areonce again activated.Rest modeWhen Rest mode is switched on, the followingsettings are switched off:▯ Acoustic signal▯ Interior light▯ Messages on the display panel▯ The background illumination of the display panelis reduced▯ Buttons are lockedSwitching on1. Press and hold down the setting button @.2. Press Holiday button ¶.3. Press the setting button @ and hold down for3 seconds longer.The symbol VACATION flashes on the displaypanel and RESTMODE is displayed.Switching offPress Holiday button ¶.The previous settings and temperature values areonce again activated.Humidity functionIndependent from one another, the air humidityin the two climatic zones can be increased.Switching on1. Press setup button μ.2. Press selection button ¿ until HUMIDITY andthe current setting (ON/OFF) are displayed forthe particular climatic zone.3. Press the setting button @, in order to resetthe setting.4. Press the setup button μ, in order to savethe setting.HUMIDITYis displayed in the display panel.Switching off1. Press setup button μ.2. Press the setup button μ, in order to savethe setting.HUMIDITY goes out on the display panel.Alarm functionSwitching off the warning signalPress the alarm button ± to switch off the warningsignal.Door alarmThe door alarm switches on if an appliance door is leftopen for longer than three minutes. Close the doorto switch off the warning signal.Usable capacityInformation on the usable capacity can be foundinside your appliance on the rating plate (see diagramat chapter “Customer service”).
