The warranties stated herein apply only tothe first purchaser of the Product and are nottransferable. Repair/Replace as Your ExclusiveRemedy: During this warranty period, Gaggenau orone of its authorized service providers will repair yourProduct without charge to you (subject to certainlimitations stated herein) if your Product proves tohave been manufactured with a defect in materials orworkmanship. If a reasonable number of attempts torepair the Product have been made without success,then Gaggenau will replace your Product (upgradedmodels may be available to you, in Gaggenau’s solediscretion, for an additional charge). All removedparts and components shall become the property ofGaggenau at its sole option.
