Failure to do so may resultb electric shock or bum.BURN HAZARD. Theglass cover and bulb should be removed when cool. Touchinghot glasswith bare hands or a damp cloth can cause bums.Oven Light ReplacementTOremove:[_] Turn the glass covercounterclockwise 1l/4 turn untiltile tabs of the gl_L_s cover clear thegrooves of tile socket° Wearing latexgloves may ofi:e.r a better g_Jp.[_ Using gloves or a (hT cloth, removethe bulb by pulling it straight out.Toreplace:[_ Use a new 120/130-volt halogenbulb, not to exceed 50 watts.Replace die bulb widl die sametype of bulb flint was removed. Yourmodel will have one of the ta,vo typesshown on the left To determine thecorrect replacement bulb, check thebulb terlninals. Bulbs with 2 straightpin mmflna/s are 06.35 bulbs° Bulbswith 2 looped mmflna/s are (;9bulbs. (DO not interchange.)Be surethe replacement bulb is mind 120volts or 130 volts (NOT 12 volts).Using gloves or a (hT cloth, removethe bulb flom its packaging. Do nottouch the bulb with bare finge_s. Oilflom skin will damage the bulb andshorten its life..%[]Push the bulb straight into thereceptacle all the way.Place the robs of the glass cover intothe grooves of the socket. Turn thegl_ss cover clockwise 1l/4 turn.For improved lighdng insidedie oven, clean the glass coverflequen@ using a wet cloth. Thisshould be done when the oven iscomplemly cool.[] Reconnect electrical power tothe oven°I Ix , , i i _ ii ,_1/,n, _ ,JMaximurn( '_,IIength _:GlasscoverOven Light Bulb (onsomemodels)Toremove:Turn the glass cover counterclockwise1/4 mrn until the tabs of the glass coverclear the grooves of the socket. Removethe bulb.Toreplace:Put in a new 40-watt appliance bulb.Place the robs of the gl_tsscover intothe grooves of the socket. Turn the glasscover clockwise 1l/4 turn.NOTE:A 40-wattappliancebulbis smallerthana standard40-watthouseholdbulb.Installandtightenthecoverclockwise.Reconnectelectrica/powerto theoven.Forimprovedlightinginsidetheoven,cleantheglasscoverfrequentlyusinga wet cloth.Thisshouldbe donewhentheoveniscompletelycool.24
