Alwaysstart with hot food. Do not use to heatcold food. Placing uncooked or cold foodon the WARMING ZONE could result infoodborne illness.To use the WARMING ZONE:Touch the WARMING ZONE ON/OFFpad.Touch the 1 (LO), 2 (MED) or 3 (HI) padto select the desired control setting.Touch the START pad. “WARMERON” will be in the control display.To turn off the WARMING ZONE:Touch the WARMING ZONE ON/OFF pad.NOTE: The CLEAR/OFF pad will not turn off theWARMING ZONE.For best results, all foods on theWARMING ZONE should be covered witha lid or aluminum foil.Always use pot holders or oven mittswhen removing food from theWARMING ZONE, as cookware will be hot.A HOT surface indicator light will glowwhen the glass surface is hot and willremain on until the surface is coolenough to touch.
