This continuous 6second beep may be canceled.To cancel the 6 second beep:Press the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO padsat the same time for 2 seconds until thedisplay shows "SF".Press the KITCHEN TIMER ON/OFFpad. The display shows "Con bEEP"(continuous beep). Press the KITCHENTIMER ON/OFF pad again. The displayshows "bEEP." This cancels the onebeep every 6 seconds.Press the START pad.COOK AND HOLDThe cook and hold feature keeps cooked foods warmfor up to 3 hours after the cooking function isfinished. To activate this feature, follow the stepsbelow:Press the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO padsat the same time for 2 seconds until thedisplay shows "SF".Press the COOKING TIME pad. Thedisplay will show "HLd OFF." Press theCOOKING TIME pad again to activatethe feature. The display will show "HLdOn."Press the START pad to activate thecook and hold feature and leave thecontrol set in this special featuresmode.ERC V SPECIAL FEATURESFAHRENHEIT OR CENTIGRADE TEMPERATUREThe ERC control is set to use the Fahrenheittemperature selections, but you may change this touse the Centigrade selections.Press the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO padsat the same time for 3 seconds until thedisplay shows "SF".Press the BROIL HI/LO pad. The displaywill show "F" (Fahrenheit). If this is yourchoice, press START.Press the BROIL HI/LO pad again. Thedisplay will show "C" (Centigrade). If thisis your choice, press START.SALES MODEDisplay continuously scrolls through cookingfunctions, display icons, and numbers.To activate this feature: Press theBAKE and BROIL HI/LO pads at thesame time for 2 seconds, until thedisplay shows "SF". Press and holdboth the CLOCK and KITCHENTIMER pads until the display startsscrolling.HELPFUL USE AND CARE INFORMATIONCLOCK - The clock must be set before the control for theoven will work. the time of day clock cannot be changedduring DELAY START. It can be changed during aregular bake or broil operation.KITCHEN TIMER - Does not control oven operation. Youmay program the timer for activities up to 9 hours and 59minutes. When the timer reaches " :00," the control willbeep 3 times followed by one beep every 6 seconds untilthe KITCHEN TIMER ON/OFF pad is pressed. To cancelthe timer, press and hold the KITCHEN TIMER ON/OFFuntil the word "TIMER" disappears from the display.POWER FAILURE - If a flashing time is in the display,you have experienced a power failure. Reset the clock.PREHEAT NOTIFICATION TONE - When you set anoven temperature the oven automatically starts to heat.When the temperature inside the oven reaches your settemperature a tone will sound to let you know to placethe food in the oven.CONTROL LOCKOUT FUNCTION - press and hold the9 + 0 key pads for approximately 4 seconds. The controlwill beep twice and display "Loc".SELF CLEANING - We recommend venting with anopen window or using a ventilation fan or hood duringthe first self-clean cycle.Do not use commercial oven cleaners or oven protectorsin or near the self-cleaning oven. A combination of anyof these products plus the high clean cycle temperaturesmay damage the porcelain finish of the oven.The oven front frame and the oven door outside thegasket do not get cleaned by the self-clean cycle. Onthese areas use detergent and hot water or a soap-filledsteel wool pad. Rinse well with a vinegar and watersolution. This will help prevent a brown residue fromforming when the oven is heated.
