Do not drill into gas tank, engine crankcaseor muffler! The mounting area should not exceed 65°C(125°F) and should be at least 30 cm (1 foot) away fromthe spark plug to avoid dual frequency inputs.1. Pull pickup wire through the meter from bottomthrough the pickup hole. Place the end of thewire into the dead end hole and pull it tight.Determine where the exit of the pickup wireshould be (front or side). (➋)2. Mount the meter with screws or double-sidedtape. Mount only on flat surfaces. Bolting pres-sure must be under the display to avoid tension.3. SPARK PLUG WIRE MOUNTINGWrap the meter pickup wire tight around thespark plug wire 4 to 5 times and fix it with thesupplied tie wrap. (➌) OR4.
