It isguaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year to the originalowner. Should any trouble develop, return defective part transportation prepaid to the factory.If inspection shows trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material, all repairs will bemade without charge and returned, transportation prepaid. The guarantee does not applywhere: repairs or attempted repairs have been made by persons other than the factory;repairs are due to normal wear; the tool has been abused or in an accident; misuse is evident– caused by overloading the tool beyond its rated capacity; use on improper voltage orcurrent; use of the tool after partial failure or use with improper accessories.This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and there are nowarranties on merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
