EPSON®Multimedia Projector12Connecting to aPCLaptopTo use your remote control as a mouse or to use audio, follow these steps:Connecting to aMacintosh®PowerBook®Connect one end of theprojector video cable tothe projector’sComputer 1 port.1 Connect the round endof the main cable to theprojector’s Mouse/Com 1port.2 Connect the PS/2 or USBcable to the MOUSE terminalon the main cable.34Connect the other end ofthe PS/2 or USB cable tothe mouse or USB porton your laptop.To use audio, connect one end of theaudio cable to the projector’s Audio 1jack and the other end to your laptop.If you want to use the remote control as a mouse, see below.If not, just follow the steps in “Using Your Projector” (see other side).Connect the round endof the main cable tothe projector’sMouse/Com 1 port.Connect the Mac or USB cable to theMOUSE terminal on the main cable.Connect the other endof the video cable to thelaptop’s monitor port.Connect one end ofthe projector video cableto the projector’sComputer 1 port.Connect the small terminal of the desktop adapter tothe other end of the projector video cable. (Be surethe desktop adapter DIP switches are set correctly forthe resolution you want.
