Removing the Diskette Drive Protector CardA protective piece of cardboard occupies the slot of thediskette drive in your computer. This card is inserted at thefactory to protect the read/write heads in the drive.Be sure to remove the card from the diskette drive before youturn on the computer. Turn the diskette drive latch up until itis horizontal and carefully pull out the card.Save the protector card and reinsert it whenever you move thecomputer.
