Press the START button to start cooking the food.3. When the food is cooked keep pressed the START buttonto stop the CONTINUOUS COOKING cycle.Time optionFOOD PROBEAdjustable PROBE to measure the product core temperature.This function excludes the cooking time setting.1. Press the PROBE button;Set the core probe temperature on the numeric keypad (eg55); the Time display shows the value entered.NOTE!The core probe allows accurate control of thecore temperature of the product being cooked.It is possible to set the probe temperature from 10to 290℃. When the set value is reached, theoven stops automatically.2. Close the oven door and press the START button to startthe probe cycle.Wait until the Temperature display indicates the end of thepreheating phase. The message LOAD appears.3. Open the door, insert the food into the cavity.WARNINGRisk of burns. Always open thedoor with caution when theoven is hot.4. Remove the core probe from its seat;5. Insert it in the product without forcing excessively;Make sure the tip - the sensitive part – is positioned nearthe centre of the product.IMPORTANTThe core probe is a precision component. Absolutelyavoid impacts, forcing when inserting, and pulling ofthe flexible cable (in particular when using the trolley-mounted structures).The warranty does not cover the replacement of coreprobes damaged by improper use.The oven is equipped with a MULTIPOINT core probe with 6sensors along the entire stem, for correctly measuring theproduct core temperature even if the tip is not completely in thecentre.6. Close the oven door.The PROBE CYCLE keeps running.End Probe cycle• When the required product core temperature is reached theoven stops automatically. The Time display shows theduration of cooking cycle;Probe cycle deactivation• To deactivate the PROBE cycle simply press the TIME buttonand set a cooking time. This action automatically cuts outthe core probe and viceversa. When the oven is switched offthe core probe option is also deactivated.NOTE!With vacuum packed food products it is necessary touse the special external core probe (accessoryavailable on request), to be connected to the USBpendrive. For its use, see the instructions includedwith the accessory.MULTIPHASEFood can be cooked using different phases. The oven allows toset up to 4 phases for each cycle.During a multiphase cooking cycle the oven switches automati-cally from one phase to the next one.
