Electrolux Cold Rooms-2/+2º - 8,4/10 m³Electrolux cold rooms are available in a large range of different sizes and functionalities. They are designed towork in tropical temperatures (+43ºC). The range consists of coolers (-2/+2ºC) with panels 60mm in thickness,freezer cold rooms (-18/-20°C) with panels 100 mm in thickness and with built-in or remote refrigerating unit.The four models detailed on this sheet are cooler cold rooms with a usable volume of 8,4 to10 cubic meters.Models come with panels and gas pre-charged cooling unit.Shelving as accessoryCONSTRUCTION• Very short assembly time. Expertrefrigeration knowledge is not requiredfor installation.• New vacuum injection technologywhich permits to have significantenhancement on the performances of thepanels and high quality.• Panels are cladded inside and outsidewith anti-scratch prepainted galvinizedsteel. Polyurethane foam insulation. CFCand HCFC free.• Rounded internal and external corners.All edges are radiused.• Anti-slip walk-in floor.• The fast-fit centering system allowsperfect alignment of the panels. Thesenew fasteners are made of high resistantcomposite materials and guaranteeperfect grip of all components.• Airtight panels connection. All sides ofpanels have PVC gasket foamed in placeto assure airtight and secure fitting. Anyother sealing between panels on site iseliminated.• The refrigeration unit is mounted on amodular panel for easy installation andquick set-up of the cold room. All therefrigeration units are tropicalized (+43°C)and use R404A refrigerant and aresupplied with a high/low temperaturealarm.• If the floor on which the cold rooms willbe installed presents irregularities orunevenness up to 1 cm, then the surfaceof the floor should be levelled.PERFORMANCES• Defrosting through heated gas withre-evaporation of defrosting waterpermits to reduce the total powerinstalled, shorten defrosting time andlimit the warming of the cold room.• All models are equipped with internallighting (waterproof IP54) mounted on therefrigerating unit panel.• The control panel includes: luminousON/OFF switch, internal lighting switch,cold room functioning indicator, defrostcycle indicator, temperature andthermostat control with digital display.• The right-hinged door is available asstandard (left-hinged door on request)and constructed with smooth roundedprofiles, airtight magnetic gasket andhigh insulation thus allowing to reduceenergy and operating costs.• Newly designed handle complete withlock and interior safety release to prevententrapment when the door is accidentallylocked from outside.• HACCP monitoring is possible trough aserial port supplied on all models.• Conform to ruling European safety andhygiene standards and H marked.
