25D-Link DCS-5010L User Manual 25Section 4 - ConffigurationConfigurationUsing the Web Configuration UtilityAfter completing the Camera Setup Wizard, you are ready to use your camera. The camera’s built-in Web configuration utilityis designed to allow you to easily access and configure your DCS-5010L. There are two ways in which you can access yourcamera’s Web configuration interface:• Log in to your mydlink account, click on the Settings tab, and click on Advanced Settings to access your camera’s Webconfiguration utility.• You can also access the interface locally by entering the IP address of your camera into a Web browser, such as InternetExplorer. To log in, use the User name admin and the Password you created in the Setup Wizard. (If you did not create apassword, leave the password field blank.) After entering your password, click OK.Note: If you are directly connecting your camera to your PC, or if you are using the camera on a closed network, the default IP addressis 192.168.0.20. If the camera is connected to a router or network, a different IP address may have been assigned.DCS-5010L
