2AIR PURGE PROCEDURENOTE: Repeat thisAir Purge Procedurewhenever the jackdisplays reducedlifting performance.CUSTOMER HELP LINEParts and Questions1-888-332-64198:00 AM - 4:45 PM Central TimeMonday- FridayJack HandleHandle SocketRelease Valve(inside HandleSocket, engage withJack Handle) Rear CasterFront WheelSaddleLifting ArmMagnetic Tool Tray(remove to access Oil Fill Plug)Oil Fill Plug (locatedbeneath Tool Tray)NOTE: Repeat this Air Purge Procedurewhenever the jack displays reduced liftingperformance.IMPORTANT: BEFORE FIRST USE, perform the following Air Purge Procedure to remove any air that mayhave been introduced into the hydraulic system as a result of product shipment and handling.REMOVE TOOL TRAYLoosen and remove the two screwssecuring magnetic tool tray to jack frame.Remove magnetic tool tray to expose oilfill plug.CLOSE RELEASE VALVEFully close release valve by turning handleclockwise until it stops.READY FOR USERemove handle from handle socket. Jackis now ready to use. Check for properpump action.OPEN RELEASE VALVEPlace the open end of the handle overthe handle socket so that the square-shaped slot engages the square bolt inthe socket when inserted. Turn the handlecounterclockwise 2 full turns.RAPIDLY PUMPRapidly pump the handle 6 - 8 times. Leavehandle in down position.PURGE AIRWith a flat blade screwdriver, push the oil fillplug slightly to the side to purge trapped airfrom system. You should hear a hiss.REPLACE COVER PLATESecure magnetic tool tray back in place withthe two previously removed screws.1234576
