4ASSEMBLYTOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY(1) Phillips Screwdriver(1) Adjustable Wrench(1) 7/16" Open End or Box Wrench1. Assemble the two Handle Leg Stand Tubes to theSweeper Housing, using two hex bolts 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" long, fl at washers and 1/4-20 hex lock nuts, perhandle. See fi gure 1. Only hand tighten at this time.2. Assemble the Upper Handle Tube over the HandleLeg Stand Tubes. See fi gure 2. Align holes in handleand assemble the Bag Rod Clips to the handle asshown and fasten with curved head bolts and hex locknuts.FIGURE 1FIGURE 23. Now tighten the four bolts from step 1.4. Assemble a bag rod clip to the inside of each lowerhandle tube using a curved head bolt secured downagainst the clip using a 1/4" lock nut. The open endof the clips should face towards the sweeper housing.See fi gure 3.5. Slide the long bag rod (28-1/2" long) through thestiched bag fl ap on the top of the hopper bag asshown in fi gure 4.6.
