On the upstroke, air iscompressed, the intake valve closes and compressed air is forcedout through the exhaust valve, into the discharge line, through thecheck valve and into the air tank.On/Off power switchThis switch is used to start or stop the air compressor. Moving theswitch to the (ON) position will provide automatic power to thepressure switch which will allow the motor to start when the airtank pressure is below the factory set cut-in pressure. When inthe (ON) position, the pressure switch stops the motor when theair tank pressure reaches the factory set cut-out pressure.
