• Remove the right hand shroud from seat support.Save all hardware except rear bolt and nut.Replace these with the new bolt and nut fromGroup F and set the bolt, nut and washer aside.Seat Support_Right Hand,Shroud,Discard Nut5_ Mount bagger frame to rear of tractor using 1/2"bolt & nut from Group C. Snug up bolt and nut butdo not tighten at this time. This will hold baggerframe to tractor frame, but still allow it to moveslightly to align other mounting hardware. Ensuresupport strap is inside seat support.9. Install the bolt, washer and nut set aside in step 4through the seat support and support strap. Do not• It=ghten or snug up, leave loose.10. Tighten a!l hardware in the following order:(a) 1/2 bolt & nut in rear(b) 5116 bolts & nuts in trailer hitch (4)(c) 3/8 bolts & nuts on R.H, side (4)(d) 3/8 bolt & nut on trailer hitch and hitch brace(e) 3/8 bolt in bottom of hitch brace (loosenedin step 3)11. Remove the bolt, washer and nut holding the sup-port strap to the seat support•12. Reinstall the shroud with the hardware saved fromstep 4. The bolt removed in step 11 should gothrough the washer, shroud, seat support, then thesupport strap.13. Reinstall the dump valve knob and secure with jamnut.Bagger Assembly1. Install cover assembly onto bagger frame. Reinstall the trailer hitch on the rear of the tractorbehind the bagger frame. Use the four 5/16-18 x 1bolts and nuts from group D.7. Use 3/8-16 x 1.25 bolt and Iocknut to fasten trailerhitch to hitch brace. Snug up but do not tighten.8. Install the four 3/8-16 x 1 bolts (Group E) into rightside of bagger frame and tractor frame with lock-nut. Snug up but do not tighten.Hair Pined2. Install bagger baskets into cover assembly.3. Close cover and secure by placing hook througheye bolt. See figure on next page.7
