All rights reserved.Installing Cisco TelePresence MX300 - Floor Stand2 Unpacking the MX300 box with the LCD video unit, Touch controller and accessoriesi Cut the straps and lift offthe outer covering.ii Remove the upper foamprotection.Note: Leave the LCDvideo unit in the bottomtray for now.iii Lift out the rectangularbox behind the LCD videounit.This box contains twosmaller boxes: One withthe Touch controller, andone accessories box withthe microphones, cables,screws and screwdriver.Bottom trayLCD videounitTouch controllerwith cableAccessories box:• Two microphones• Power cable• Presentation cable(VGA to DVI-I; stereo audio)• Ethernet cable• Four screws for fasteningthe LCD video unit to thefloor stand• Hexagonal screwdriver• Two pairs of gloves1 Unpacking the floor stand box and mounting the floor standi Unpack the floor stand box with the floor standbase, floor stand column and floor stand covers,screws and Allen key.ii Place the floor stand base on the floor with thecable channel facing upward and backward.iii Raise the floor stand column with the cablechannel facing backward.
