The CiscoCSS 11150 Content Policy Engine consistsof a high-speed RISC processor, 128 MB ofmemory, and 5.0 Gbps of throughput anddelivers per-flow prioritization based onhundreds of user-defined policies. Distributedflow-forwarding engines feature per-portprogrammable network processors for wire-speed delivery of Web content.Built to address the requirements of Webtraffic, this unique architecture combinesperformance and intelligence, allowing Website operators to flexibly distribute contentin a local or distributed Web farm.
