Basic Phone FunctionDirectoryThis feature will allow you to search for a user by first name, last name or extension number.To dial from a corporate directory: Press (Directory button) Scroll to Corporate Directory and press Select SoftKey Search for listing by entering letters with your keypad. Select the listing you would like to dial Press Dial SoftKeyCall LogsWith this feature you can scroll through missed, placed and received calls. Press (Directory button) Select which log you would like to view and press Select SoftKey Dial a call from the log by lifting receiver, or press Dial SoftKey to make a handsfree callEdit a number, to add or remove a prefix: By pressing EditDial SoftKey, Use « or » to erase digits or to position cursor Use the keypad to enter digitsVolume & Ring AdjustmentTo adjust the volume for a call: Press the volume button during a call Press up or down to adjust the level Press the Save SoftKey to save the selected volumeTo adjust the volume for the ringer: Press the volume button while the handset is in the cradle Press up or down to adjust the level Press the Save SoftKey to save the selectedNOTE: To change each of these levels, you must be using that feature.
