Func., and select import/export from the menu displayed. A dialog box isdisplayed at this time if a system administrator ID and a password are set up. Enter a systemadministrator ID in the user name field, and a password in the password field. Click OK.(3) Click address book.(4) Select address book and format of files, and click Start Export.(5) Specify a storage location of the files according to the screens.
