OverviewCanon USA dealerships can assist their high volume customers in enhancing theperformance of their imagePRESS C7010VP Series and imagePRESSC7010VPS Series devices as usage extends towards the device’s EstimatedPerformance Standard (EPS) of 18 million prints (based on Letter sized paper) orfive (5) years, whichever comes first.The EPS is based on a Canon Inc. estimation using quality evaluation standardsand can be achieved when the imagePRESS is maintained or serviced by aCanon authorized field service technician using only genuine Canon parts. TheEPS may vary based on the actual customer usage, environment, Job Types,and Media Types.The EPS is provided as a guideline for implementation of the DEP and is not tobe considered part of the product warranty or used in conjunction with theproduct warranty.
