Or the pre-imprinter ink cartridge is not secured.Solution: Install the ink cartridge and turn the lock leverupwards to secure the ink cartridge. (See p. 5-18.)■ Cover OpenError Code: C001Problem: The scanner’s upper unit is open.Solution: Close (lower) the upper unit.
