Setting the Date and Time19Changing the Date and TimeYou can change the date and time as needed.Display the menus.● Press the · button.Select [Date/Time] in the 3 tab.● Press the qr buttons to select the 3 tab.● Press the op buttons to select [Date/Time], then press the m button.Change the date and time.● Follow Steps 2 and 3 on the left page tochange the date and time.● To close the menus, press the · button.• Set the correct date and time. If you have not set the date and time, the Date/Time menu will appear each time you turn on the camera.• If you removed the batteries from the camera, it is possible that the Date/Timesettings are deleted after approximately 3 weeks. If this occurs, set the date andtime again.Reappearing Date/Time MenuThis camera is equipped with a built-in rechargeable lithium ion battery tosave the Date/Time settings. You can recharge the battery when insertingAA-size alkaline batteries or using the separately sold AC adapter, withinapproximately 4 hours. You do not need to turn the camera on forcharging the battery.COPY
