R e m o v e t h ekickplate.2. Turn the two lockinglevers anti-clockwisea n d p u l l o u t t h econdenser.3 . P u l l o u t t h econdenser unit.4. Gently remove anydust or fluff with a cloth,then wash the unit byholding it under arunning tap turning itso that water flowsbetween the plates, toremove any dust orfluff.5. Refit the condenserensuring it is in thec o r r e c t w a y ( a sindicated by the arrow)and pushed firmly intoplace. Lock the twolevers by turning themclockwise.6. Refit the kickplate.CONDENSEROPERATION1. Open the door and load the drum withlaundry. Ensure that garments do not hinderclosure of the door.2. Gently close the door pushing it slowly untilyou hear the door 'click' shut.3. Turn the Programme Selector dial to selectthe required drying programme (seeProgramme Guide).4. If drying synthetics, acrylics or delicate items,press the button to reduce the heat level.The indicator will light up when the machine is inlow heat setting. To deselect in the first fewminutes of the programme, press the button, after this time reset the machine to change thesetting.5. Press the button. The dryer will startautomatically and the indicator above thebutton will be continuously lit.6. If the door is opened during the programme tocheck the laundry, it is necessary to press torecommence drying after the door has beenclosed.7. When the cycle is nearing completion themachine will enter the cool down phase, theclothes will be tumbled in cool air allowing theload to cool down.8. Following the completion of the cycle thedrum will rotate intermittently to minimizecreasing. This will continue until the machine isswitched OFF or the door is opened.Do not open the door during the automaticprograms in order to obtain a proper drying.EN 10
