(14) 3/8-16 Nylon Flange Nuts4. (1) Logo StickerTools Needed:1. 3/8” Wrench2. 3/8” SocketNOTE:1. Accepts a standard center spool winchwith a 4-7/8” wide x 3” deep bolt pat-tern. We recommend the Viper Elite3500 regular spool winch. These areavailable on our website.WWW.EXTREMEMETALPRODUCTS.COM1. If you purchased the optional coloredbacker plate it will go between thebumper and mounting bracket. Set thisin place before mounting your brushguard to the bracket.Installation should be done by acertified technician.Installation:1. Mount the bracket to the twofront tubes. You will want to ad-just this up or down to make thefront of it perpendicular with theground. Once you have it in thecorrect location tighten the nuts.2. If you are using a winch bolt thewinch to the brush guard asshown. Follow the directionsthat came with your winch atthis time.3. Using the carriage bolts mountthe brush guard to the bracketand tighten the nuts.4. Using the remaining carriagebolts mount the Cover Plate tothe frame below to cover thestock winch fairlead location. |
