10Testing the GFCI BreakerTest the GFCI breaker prior tofirst use and periodically when thespa is powered. To test the GFCIbreaker follow these instructions(spa should be operating):Press the TEST button on the1.GFCI. The GFCI will trip andthe spa will shut off.Reset the GFCI breaker by2.switching the breaker to the fullOFF position, wait a moment,then turn the breaker back on.The spa should have poweragain.Configuring the 6300Control SystemThe 6300 control system requireshigher power than other 240V sys-tems. Dip switch #10 is factory setin the ON position. This causes theheater to shut off when any pumpis running in high speed. To allowthe heater to continue operating,dip switch #10 must be set to theOFF position.To ensure your spa functions prop-erly, ensure the following steps areperformed before starting your spa:When installing the electrical•system, use a 60 amp GFCI.Follow the GFCI wiring diagramon the next page.Have your dealer or installer•set dip switch #10 to the OFFposition on the circuit board asshown below.
