AAssemblyBarbecue Island AssemblyUnit AttachmentPlace the island sections together on the ground.Make sure the ground where the barbecue is placedis as level as possible for best alignment.NOTE: If the ground is not level, use shims to level outthe island sections. This needs to be done before youintall the bolts.Connect the speakers, lights, and main power cablesbefore sliding the sections together.Insert the bolts through the pre-drilled holes from theinside of the barbecue island (total of four bolts oneach side).1.2.3.Tighten all bolts using a 9/16” wrench.Stucco and Tile ApplicationPrepare and fill the gap or seam line with speedset.Using your fingertips, push and flatten out the speedset into the seam line.NOTE: Allow the speed set to dry before proceedingwith the next step.Using a small brush or hopper gun, apply stucco tothe seam line.Mix grout with water in a container.Fill the tile seam line with grout using a small spatulaor your finger.Clean the grout with a damp rag.Let the grout and stucco dry for at least threehours.3.1.2.3.4.5.6.7.
