18OPEN/CLOSE THE POWER LIFTGATEPress the Power Liftgatebutton on the Remote KeylessEntry (RKE) transmitter twice.Press the Power Liftgate knobon the driver’s door.Press the touchpad (A) underthe liftgate handle to openthe liftgate.Press the button (B) next tothe pull handle to close theliftgate.PROGRAMMING THE LIFTGATE HEIGHT1. Turn the Power Liftgate knob tothe 3/4 mode position.2. Open the liftgate.3. Adjust the liftgate manually to thedesired height.4. To save the setting, press and holdthe button next to the pull handle(B) for 3 seconds. The turn signalsflash and a beep sounds when thesetting is saved.HANDS-FREE OPERATIONTo open or close the liftgate hands-free, kick your foot straightin and out under the left corner of the rear bumper. Do notswing your foot side-to-side.The RKE transmitter must be within 3 feet of the liftgate.See Keys, Doors and Windows in your Owner's Manual.The cargo management system features a rail system and cargofence that divides the cargo area for smaller items.ADJUST THE FENCE POSITION1. Turn each knob on the fence posts to align the Unlocksymbol with the button arrow.2. Slide the fence tothe desired posi-tion along eachrail until it clicksinto place.3. Turn each knobto the Lockposition.REMOVE THEFENCE1. Turn each knob on the fenceposts to align the Unlocksymbol with the button arrow.2. Press the buttons on the railsliders and pull up the fenceposts to remove the fence. Storethe fence under the cargo floorat the front of the compartment.Secure it with the straps.3.
