GB502.7 Plug the mains cord to an earthed wall socket.2.8 To start brewing, push the power swith to ”ON”. Thebrewing starts when the base plate indicator lamp lights up.2.9 The coffee is ready when the indicator lamp on thepercolator lights up.2.10 The power switch automatically turns off 40 minutes afterbrewing has started. Remove the plug from the electricaloutlet after use.Important that the appliance is unplugged until the percolatoris ready for brewing and the percolator lid is properly put on.Always keep an eye on the percolator during brewing.3. WarmingAvoid warming of an empty percolator, this could result indryout.3.1 The power switch automatically turns off 40 minutes afterbrewing has started.3.2 Always take out the percolating tube and the coffee basketfrom the percoaltor before warming up cold coffee.3.3 Unplug the appliance after use.4. Care and cleaningAlways unplug the percolator before cleaning. Never immersethe percolator, the base plate or power cord in water or otherliquid. Do not use a dishwasher to clean the parts.4.1 Always clean the percolator after use. Even small quantitiesof coffee grounds can impair the flavor of coffee during nextbrewing.4.2 Carefully clean the percolating tube and the washer at thebottom of the tube. The washer must move freely. |
