If damage is detected, do not use the glue gunand the charger. Never open the glue gun or the charg-er yourself, and have repairs carried out only by a qual-ified repair person using only identical replacementparts. Damaged glue guns, chargers, cables and plugs in-crease the risk of an electric shock. Do not leave the switched on glue pen unattended.Protect the glue pen against heat, e. g., againstcontinuous intense sunlight, fire, water, and mois-ture. Danger of explosion. Do not touch the hot nozzle and the silicone cap. Dangerof burns. Charge the glue pen only with chargers recommendedby the manufacturer. Otherwise there is danger of fire. Keep the charge socket on the glue gun and the chargeconnector away from paper clips, coins, keys, nails,screws or other small metal objects, that can make aconnection from one terminal to another. Shorting theterminals together may cause burns or a fire. Have your glue pen and charger serviced only by a quali-fied repair person using only identical replacement parts.This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained. After use, place down the glue pen in a safe manner andallow it to cool down completely before packing itaway. The hot nozzle can cause damage and/or burns. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected fromthe battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally oc-curs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, addition-ally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the batterymay cause irritations or burns.Safety Warnings for Battery ChargersKeep the battery charger away from rain or mois-ture. Penetration of water in the battery charger in-creases the risk of an electric shock. Only charge Bosch lithium-ion batteries or lithium-ionbatteries installed in Bosch products. The battery volt-age must match the battery charging voltage of thecharger. Otherwise there is danger of fire and explosion. Keep the battery charger clean. Contamination can leadto danger of an electric shock. In case of damage and improper use of the battery, va-pours may be emitted. Ventilate the area and seekmedical help in case of complaints. The vapours can irri-tate the respiratory system.Products sold in GB only: Your product is fitted with aBS 1363/A approved electric plug with internal fuse (ASTAapproved to BS 1362).If the plug is not suitable for your socket outlets, it should becut off and an appropriate plug fitted in its place by an author-ised customer service agent.
