A defectiveproduct meeting the warranty conditions setforth herein will be replaced or repaired atno charge in either of two ways:The first, which will result in exchangesonly, is to return the product to the retailerfrom whom it was purchased (providedthat the store is a participating retailer).Returns should be made within the timeperiod of the retailer’s policy for exchanges.Proof of purchase may be required. Pleasecheck with the retailer for its specificreturn policy regarding time limits forreturns or exchanges. The second optionis to take or send the product (prepaid)to a Black+Decker owned or authorizedService Center for repair or replacement atBlack+Decker’s option. Proof of purchasemay be required. Black+Decker owned andauthorized service centers are listed onlineat www.blackanddecker.com.This warranty does not apply toaccessories. This warranty gives youspecific legal rights and you may haveother rights which vary from state to state.Should you have any questions, contactthe manager of your nearest Black+DeckerService Center.
