BXTO0201INWARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONSStove Kraft Limited warrants to the purchaser of products for a period of2 Years commencing from the date of invoice, the company will repair or replacefree of charge any part or parts of the product, should the company be fullysatisfied in its sole discretion, that the defect/s is/are due to faulty material orworkmanship only. The warranty will be governed by the following clauses.1) The company or their Authorised Service Agent will repair / replace all partsthat are failing due to faulty material or defective workmanship pertaining tothe above product.2) Only the Company or its Authorised Service Agent can service / repair orattend to install/reinstall the above product.3) On-site warranty will be executed. The warranty will be executed atcustomer place / authorized dealer / service centres and in which theauthorized representative is situated including outstation locations.4) The warranty extended herein is in lieu of all implied conditions & warrantiesunder the law and is confined to the repair or replacement of defective partsand does not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or lossarising from such defects.
