If the vacuum cleanershould overheat, the thermostat will automatically turn the unit OFF. Should thisoccur, turn OFF the switch and unplug the vacuum cleaner from the wall outlet.Allow the unit to cool. Check and clean filter system. To restart, re-plug into walloutlet and turn switch back ON.IMPORTANT: Washing filters improves vacuum performance.
