54 Display ControllerRegulatory compliance informationFCC CLASS BThis Barco Graphics Controller complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device maynot cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept anyinterference received, including interference that may cause undesiredoperation.This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits fora Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limitsare designed to provide reasonable protection against harmfulinterference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, usesand can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used inaccordance with manufacturer’s instructions, may cause harmfulinterference to radio communications. However, there is no guaranteethat interference will not occur in a particular installation. If thisequipment does cause harmful interference to radio or televisionreception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off andon, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one ormore of the following measures:• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different fromthat to which the receiver is connected.• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.The use of shielded cables for connection of the monitor to the graphicscard is required to ensure compliance with FCC regulations. Changes ormodifications to this unit not expressly approved by Barco could void theuser’s authority to operate this equipment. |
