Amultipurpose damper clamp is provided to fixthe damper in position.INSTALLING DAMPER CLAMPSecure damper stop clamp provided toleading edge of damper as shown in Figure3. If for any reason this clamp doesn't workon your fireplace, another suitable clamp orpermanent stop must be installed, or damperblade must be cut or removed.
