Place front fork assembly on mini bike as shown and alignbolt hole.NOTE: Make sure throttle cable, brake cable, and engineswitch cables are routed correctly through the assembly. Insert bolt and lock nut as shown and tighten securely.Torque to 29.5 ft.lbs. (40 Nm).WARNING:Strictly adhere to all torque wrench tightening specifica-tions. Failure to do so could cause serious personal injury.WARNING:Strictly adhere to all torque wrench tightening specifica-tions. Failure to do so could cause serious personal injury.WARNING:Do not attempt to modify this product or create acces-sories not recommended for use with this product. Anysuch alteration or modification is misuse and could resultin a hazardous condition leading to possible seriouspersonal injury.WARNING:To prevent accidental starting that could cause seriouspersonal injury, always disconnect the engine spark plugwire from the spark plug when assembling parts. Use 3 plastic cable ties to secure throttle cable and engineswitch cable to mini bike frame in locations shown.NOTE: Make sure there are no kinks in the cables andthat the cables have free movement when handlebarsare turned left and right. Apply throttle to verify throttleworks properly with free movement and snaps back toidle positon when released. Run brake cable along top of mini bike frame. Use 2 cableties to secure cable to frame in locations shown.NOTE: Make sure brake works properly after cable tiesare in place. Move handlebars left and right to verify cablehas free movement and does not bind. If number plate was removed at the beginning of theassembly process, it should now be reinstalled.THROTTLECABLEBRAKECABLE |
