LP gas tank valve to “CLOSED”2. Wait 5 minutes for gas to clear3. Follow “Checking for Leaks” sectionBattery needs to be changed Replace the “AA” battery (follow assembly step for inserting battery)Wires or electrode covered with cooking residue Clean wire and/or electrode with rubbing alcoholElectrode and burners are wet Wipe dry with clothElectrode cracked/broken - sparks at crack Replace electrodeWire loose or disconnected Reconnect wire or replace electrode/wire assemblyWire is shorting (sparking) between ignitor and electrode Replace ignitor wire/electrode assemblyBad ignitor Replace ignitorBurner will not light with matchNo gas flowCheck if LP gas tank is emptyA. Turn LP gas tank valve to “CLOSED”c. Disconnect regulatord. Turn control knobs to (HIGH)e. Wait 1 minutef. Turn control knobs to “ OFF”g. Reconnect regulator and leak check connections, being careful not tofully open valveh.
