Using your ROVERCorrect use:Any vehicle with moving parts needs to be used and treated with care andgiven regular maintenance to remain safe and in good condition. Please be gentle,don’t overload it, avoid excessive off-road use and be sure to follow the mainte-nance instructions on page 16 to keep your ROVER looking and feeling newerfor longer!Front swivel wheels:When travelling fast along straight surfaces or across uneven terrain, the frontwheels may spin or cause what's commonly known as as “wheel shudder”.Rear brake:When stopping, use the brake at all times by pressing down on the bottom ofthe red brake paddle with your foot until you feel it click into place. To start travellingagain press down on the top of the red lever with your foot to disengage thebrake and off you go!To lock the front swivel wheelsinto place, press down on thewheel lock buttons (located onthe top of the wheel sockets).To go back to 360° swivel mode,press the buttons again.To remove the front wheels,press the button on the sideof the wheel socket and pullthe wheel down.Rear wheels:To remove the rear wheels, press thebutton located on the brake bar andpull the wheel off.Basket:The ROVER basket has been testedto hold 8kg. Overloading the basketwith more weight may cause thebasket to break.Adjusting the footrest:Press both footrest buttonssimultaneously and adjust the footrestto the desired position.Reclining the seat:The seat can recline to 4 set positions.Fully lift the seat recline latch (locatedat the top of the canopy) and recline theseat to the desired position.1110
