Hardware Reference Guide 49Chapter 5 The AP340 PlatformThe Aerohive AP340 is a high-performance and highly reliable 802.11n wireless access point. The AP340provides dual concurrent 802.11b/g/n and 802.11a/n radios for 3x3 MIMO (Multiple In, Multiple Out) anddual 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports for link aggregation or link redundancy. Its power management system usesa concept called smart PoE (Power over Ethernet) to adjust its power consumption automatically inresponse the available power in different environments.
