8MOUNTING YOUR AD NOTAMBEFORE YOU STARTSafety, environment, expert tips!SAFETYWARNINGSSAFETY. To prevent damage to your ad notamproduct or injury to yourself or to others, read thesafety instruction in their entirety before installing andoperating the product. Keep these safety instructionswhere all those who use the product will read them.Warranty will be null and void for any damage resultingfrom installation and operation not respecting theseinstructions.ORIGINAL MATERIAL. Always use ad notam suppliedwall brackets and original spare parts to performinstallation.WOODEN CRATE. The wooden crate is securing glassand mirror. Incline the wooden crate adding a thickspacer (eg. 10 cm wooden bar) underneath the frontfoot to avoid all glass and mirror to fall off the cratewhile removing the front panel. Open carefully makingsure a second person is on site.WALL FIXINGS. ad notam doesn´t provide screws anddowels with this product. Consider the constructionenvironment, wall type, product weight andpositioning when selecting raw bolts or resin anchors.QUALIFIED PERSONNEL. Mounting this productrequires structural measures and special skills. Referexclusively to qualified personnel.QUALIFIED PERSONNEL. Electrical connections mustbe performed by qualified professionals respectingnational regulations and standards.ENVIRONMENTad notam products include heavy, bulky and delicate items. To prevent damages to your ad notam product or injury to yourselfor to others, prepare the installation environment properly.CAUTIONS ENVIRONMENT. Clean the handling and installationenvironments properly before installation. HANDLING. Handling ease requires proper planning.Verify size, turning angles, bumps and potentialhurdles before handling. ENVIRONMENT. ad notam mounting systems areengineered for vertical use only. Verify walls´ verticalityand items vertical and horizontal alignment to preventserious injuries and product damage. HANDLING. Cushions the floor properly using softanti slip mats near the handling areas. Lay the itemsgently on these cushioned anti slip surfaces whenneeded. HANDLING. Tilt the mirror and DFU top to the wallwith an adequate angle of incidence when resting.EXPERT TIPS SCREEN PLACEMENT The ideal distance to watchyour display is 3 times its screen size diagonal with theeyes leveled at the screen center. Don´t place theproduct under direct shining light. EXTERNAL POWER ADAPTER External poweradapters require a minimum air volume to avoidoverheating and proper long-lasting operations. Allowat least 10cm all around a 12V DC model or 20cm allaround a 24V DC model. EXTERNAL POWER ADAPTER Install the externalpower adapter in accessible service friendly location, ifyou require extension cables refer to your ad notamspecialist.
