Clean any dirt or dust on the grille or panel by wiping itwith a soft cloth soaked in lukewarm water (below40 C) and a neutral detergent solution.2. Check and remove the dirt between the fins.2. Check and remove any obstacles which hinder air flowthrough the indoor or outdoor.Every month.Power Supply 1. Check the running current and voltage for indoor andoutdoor unit.2. Check the electrical wiring and tighten the wire onto theterminal block if necessary.Every 2 months.Every year.Compressor No maintenance needed if refrigerant circuit remainssealed. However, check for refrigerant leak at joint andfitting.Every 6 months.Compressor Oil Oil is factory charged. Not necessary to add oil if circuitremains sealed.No maintenance required.Fan Motor Oil All motors are pre-lubricated and sealed at factory. No maintenance required.Pre Start Up Maintenance(After Extended Shutdown)- Inspect thoroughly and clean indoor and outdoor units.- Clean or replace air filters.- Clean condensates drain line.- Clean clogged indoor and outdoor coils.- Check fan imbalance before operation.- Tighten all wiring connections and panels.- Check for refrigerant leakage.8
