Storage and ShipmentC A U T I O NShould you need to transport the amplifier, use the original packing asdescribed below.First pull the mains plug out of the mains outlet, afterwards disconnect all cables from the rearpanel of the amplifier and RCU (remove the ground connection last) and wait 30 minutes. Thenremove the mains power transformer, observing the requirements of S.2-3, but in reverse order.Pack the RCU in the box provided for it, and put it in the amplifier in the place of the mainstransformer. Screw in the transport board to the transformer using the four shipping screws,pack the four shorter (mounting) bolts in the polyethylene envelope. Finally mount the coverand pack the amplifier and transformer in their original cartons.N O T EIf transporting for repair, you may not need to ship your transformer – checkwith your dealer first.
