14EnglishTroubleshootingBefore sending your LCD monitor for servicing, please check thetroubleshooting list below to see if you can self-diagnose the problem.VGA modeProblem LED status RemedyNo picture visible White Using the OSD, adjust brightness andcontrast to maximum or reset to theirdefault settings.Off Check the power switch.Check if the power cord is properlyconnected to the monitor.Amber Check if the video signal cable isproperly connected at the back ofmonitor.Check if the computer system isswitched on and in power saving/standby mode.Unstable picture Check if the specification of graphicsadapter and monitor is in compliancewhich may be causing the input signalfrequency mismatch.Abnormal picture Image is missing,off-center, toolarge or toosmall on thescreen.Using the OSD, adjust focus, clock, H-position and V-position with non-standard signals.Check the display setting on yoursystem. In case of a missing image,please select another resolution orvertical refresh rate.Wait for a few seconds after adjustingthe size of the image before changingor disconnecting the signal cable orswitching off the monitor.
